1. PayPal

ChromeTuning is a premium and verified Paypal Seller. Our paypal account is contact@chrometuning.com

The entire transaction process is performed on PayPal servers throughout a secured encrypted HTTPS connection. There is the option to pay using an existing Paypal account, but also to create an account by using a debit/credit card such as VISA or Mastercard.

 

2. Credit/Debit Card

By selecting this option, the buyer will be redirected to the PayU website, where Mastercard and VISA cards are accepted for payment.

The entire transaction process is performed on PayU servers throughout a secured encrypted HTTPS connection. If the card has 3D secure enabled, an additional validation will be used for improved security.

The seller (ChromeTuning) does NOT store or use any credit card information.

 

 

3. Bank transfer

After finalizing an order, a bank transfer must be sent with the following details:

Failing to send the bank transfer in an interval of 7 working days, means the order will be cancelled.

 

All displayed product and shipping prices include VAT tax for customers from the European Union area. For countries which are not part of the EU, all the prices are displayed with 0% tax in the checkout page, as the VAT tax is not chargeable in this case.

 

For B2b customers who are registered in the European vies program, and who would like to purchase with 0% VAT tax, there is the option to create an account on our webshop, and fill the VAT tax information after login. While being authenticated using the account that has the VAT tax information filled (ex: DE324242, RO23423424 etc), the 0% VAT tax will be automatically applied in the checkout page.

All special offers and coupons are valid for the period of which they are displayed on the site or in newsletter campaigns.

 

Shipping & Delivery - We deliver Worldwide!

We deliver worldwide, except some countries and islands. We are using DPD, GLS and EMS shipping services for delivering the products directly to your door. The shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight and destination.

The client can view an estimation for the delivery cost in the checkout page, before finalizing the order.

Some orders, which contain many items, may be shipped in multiple parcels, with some delays between them, based on products availability.

Once an order is dispatched from the warehouse, a tracking link will be sent to the customer’s email address, so the status of delivery can be constantly monitored.

  • 4-5 days: Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein

  • 6-7 days: Greece, Andorra, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Turkey
  • 7-14 days - Worldwide

 

Days explained above are working days from Monday to Friday and they indicate the period from when a parcel is sent from the warehouse to when it arrives in the destination country. Actual delivery times may vary, based on parcel processing, weather conditions and products availability.

According to the law, the customer is entitled to receive the package within a limit of 30 business days from the date of the payment. Once the package was picked up from us (the seller) by the shipping company (DPD/EMS), no refund can be given, until we have the confirmation that the package can not be delivered anymore or until the interval of the above described 30 days ends.

We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery time this being an aspect related exclusively to the delivery company. The number of days displayed on the website as the delivery lead time, are estimates based on an average duration of a delivery to a certain area. No discounts or coupon vouchers will be offered as compensation for any delay.

Complaints regarding packages not received by the buyer can be processed only in maximum 180 days from the moment of sending the merchandise. ChromeTuning, the seller, will provide only proof that the package was sent. Proof of delivery or Signatre copy, will not be offered after the 180 days limit, as the tracking system of the courier transport companies will seize to offer this information after the 180 days limit period.

 

Duties and Taxes

Please note that orders to countries that are NOT part of the European Union area, may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country at the moment of delivery. These import taxes are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Chrometuning website.

As all our international delivery methods used are EXPRESS type, the delivery costs and all export taxes are NOT refundable, even in the eventuality of the event that the package cannot be delivered due to the fact that the receiver was not present at the moment of delivery, or not going to pick the parcel from the delivery point.

In the event of packages returning back to our address from a non-EU country, for any reasons, including not showing at the postal office for pick-up, or choosing to cancel / reject the order, or return after it was sent, ALL IMPORT taxes required by the Romanian customs authorities will be charged to the customer from the value of the returned package.

Product returns & Refunds

We seek the satisfaction of our clients and thus our services are customer orientated. Our entire policy is according to Romanian Law O.U.G. 130/2000 & O.U.G. nr. 174/2008 and European Law for Internet sales.

  • The return of products is accepted in a maximum limit of 14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of item(s).  Clients have the legal right to cancel any orders without any reason, but the products must be in the same condition as delivered. Also, all returns must be previously notified through an e-mail sent to contact@chrometuning.com
  • The returned products must be sent with a shipping company that delivers to our specific address (door-to-door delivery) (DPD, GLS, DHL,UPS etc.).
  • Standard Postal Service/Snail mail is not accepted to be used as the packages will not be manually picked from a remote Postal Office. The client has the responsibility to follow up on the return until it reaches our counters and make sure the delivery has been successful.
  • If the above condition is not taken into consideration and in the eventuality of being forced to withdraw a package from the postal office, the package will return back to the client.
  • In case of receiving an incorrect product, or a damaged item, the client is responsible for the return procedure and the costs related for the return. Upon receiving back the package, a full refund, including initial delivery costs, will be sent back to the customer.
  • We take no responsibility for lost or damaged packages during the return process. The customer has the obligation to insure the package and ask for the refund to the shipping carrier. In the event of a damaged returned product, the cost for the damages will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded,or the product will be shipped back to the customer in the same state as returned.
  • Customised products such as stickers are NON REFUNDABLE;
  • If two delivery attempts have been made by the transport company and the package returns to us, the customer can choose between being refunded without the initial shipping cost, or to cover the payment of a new transport, so the package can be re-sent.
  • The refunds are sent within maximum 5 days, from the moment of receiving back the ordered item(s). No refund is given until the items are successfully received.

 

Initial paid costs for delivery/transport/export taxes are not refundable. The shipping cost of returning the products is the also 100% responsibility of the customer.

Refunds to Paypal accounts will be instantly credited, while in case of bank transfer or credit card refunds, please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

All payment fees and taxes necessary for the refund procedure, are supported by the seller (S.C. Remaly Net S.R.L).

 

Damaged packages

The customer has the responsibility to check the package integrity and content at the moment of arrival. CLAIMS FOR MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. Following complaints will NOT be taken into consideration.

In case of lost or damaged packages, all caused during the shipping transit, new products will be sent with no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice damaged items.

Choosing to receive a refund instead of new products, can be granted, but the shipping cost is NOT refundable in this case.

 

How to return or exchange an item:

  • Place the original package into a different box or re-ship the initial parcel with intact product labels;
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. In case of any defect, please specify it;
  • Please do not place stickers or initial shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package;
  • Make sure the carrier provides a door-to-door delivery and a tracking number to follow up on the return until is completed successfully.

Warranty
 

All products have a 2 year valid warranty. Electric accessories are valid for the 2 year warranty ONLY if they are installed by a certified OEM brand dealership.

An official invoice/document that proves the installation was done by a certified OEM dealership is mandatory for the warranty to be valid. Otherwise, the warranty period will be restricted to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

All product photos uploaded by a customer on our website become property of ChromeTuning.com and can be used as we see fit, including marketing/advertising purposes.
